商品の引渡し時期・役務の提供時期
決済完了後、オンラインレッスン当日ZoomIDとパスワードを送信いたします。
オンラインレッスンご指定日時にてZoomもしくはSkypeレッスンを開講いたします。

返品について
・商品の性質上、返品・返金は原則お受けしておりません
ただし弊社の都合により正常に提供がなされなかった場合や以下の内容に応じて御対応いたします。
・ご予約レッスン当日のキャンセルはキャンセル料として100%頂戴いたします。

Product delivery time/service provision time
After payment is completed, the Zoom ID and password will be sent on the day of the online lesson.
The Zoom or Skype lesson will be held on the date and time specified by the online lesson.

 

Returns
・Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds are not accepted in principle.
However, we will respond in the following cases where the product is not provided properly due to our circumstances or in the following cases.
・A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations on the day of the reserved lesson.
